New Ballot Dropbox Guidelines

The new rule: If you are dropping off someone else’s ballot, you must sign an attestation form inside the Board of Elections stating you are a close family member: spouse, father, mother, father-in-law, mother-in-law, grandfather, grandmother, brother, sister, half-brother, half-sister, son, daughter, adopting parent, adopted child, stepparent, stepchild, uncle, aunt, nephew, or niece.

Only people dropping off their own ballot may use the ballot dropbox without signing an attestation.

Drive-thru signing: The Hamilton County Board of Elections has set up a special signing drive-through at the shopping center across the street from the BOE. You can sign the attestation without leaving your car in this location.
